As a result, conflict often arises, individuals blame each other, role confusion occurs and people's preferences easily become labelled as weaknesses. The group can easily start to break down at this stage. The group aspirations get superseded by individuals jockeying for position and raising individual profiles.

At MT&D we can help you prevent this. By working early on with a group, we can assist the smooth transition from group to team and help the leader build a team based on effective working principles and trust.

We welcome variety and diverse contributions and demonstrate the importance of different perspectives within the team. Appropriate team behaviour breeds appropriate behaviour within and outside the team.
